Some problems require teamwork. Others require management. And some are so far above your pay grade that all you can do is grab your coffee and watch the dumpster fire.

Featuring Mochi, our perpetually exhausted raccoon, standing beside a workplace disaster that's definitely not his responsibility.

This hoodie is perfect for long shifts, questionable management decisions, and anyone who's mastered the art of saying, "That's above my pay grade."

Small Mochi logo on the front. Full graphic on the back.

Available in sizes Sā€“5XL.
